Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original EPI gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
